Summary Of Position
Nexon America is looking for a Localization Intern to join our Localization team for the 2024 summer internship program. As a Localization Intern, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, facilitating the seamless exchange of information between Korean and English languages. Your main responsibilities will involve translating emails, internal documents, and LQA test sheets for various PC games at Nexon America, ensuring precise and culturally sensitive communication within the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with Localization Project Managers, providing support in various aspects of project management, including file organization and maintenance. This multifaceted role offers hands-on experience in game localization, nurturing language proficiency, cultural understanding, and valuable skills within a global work environment.
We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.
The target start date for the internship program is 6/10 (35-40 hours/week) and the duration of the internship will vary between 8-12 weeks depending on the role.

Compensation Description For Pay Transparency (hourly)
The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly.Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.
