ABOUT GAME DESIGNER POSITION IN ALINESQUAD

Being a designer at AlienSquad means creativity comes first. Our expectations from our designers are to go beyond conventional designs and continue the AlienSquad vision in this field as well. However, the responsibilities and requirements we expect from you are as follows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to solve problems by thinking creatively,
• Facilitating the use of designs in the game by establishing close relationships with artists and programmers,
• Having high level of writing and self-expression skills, producing new ideas in the meetings he/she attends,
• Demonstrates pioneering qualities by having the AlienSquad vision

REQUIREMENTS

• Having a deep passion for Computer Games
• Ability to make quick decisions with critical thinking skills,
• Able to produce unique ideas by combining creativity with AlienSquad vision,
• Able to design items with high design ability,
• Highly experienced in the development of game mechanics,
• Having a deep understanding of the establishment of the risk/reward system within the game,
• Ability to establish deep relationships with software developers regarding the establishment of game balance,

ABOUT SALARY

The following applies to everyone who works as a volunteer.

Each team member working until the end of the project will share 50% of the total revenue for the last 1 year from the project exit date among themselves, effective from the project exit date.
