About the job

We are in search of a Senior Narrative Designer who is ready and eager to describe and fill the vast world of our game with stories.

Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.

Responsibilities

• Story writing
• Quest writing
• Creating characters, dialogues, intriguing plot twists
• Descriptive writing for visual elements and locations
• Cooperation with other departments

Requirements

• Understanding of how RPG quests work, experience in games like TES, Fallout, Outer Worlds, Legend of Zelda: BotW, …
• Knowledge of the modern and classic pop/geek culture
• Knowledge of modern cultural trends
• Strong creative writing skills
• Specialized education (screenwriter, filmmaker, journalist)
• Questmaking experience
• Understanding of the basics of psychology of art / literature / film
• Good command of the English language
• Love for videogames
• Significant experience in MMORPGs/RPGs
• Ability to be a good team player
• Creativity, desire to learn new things
• Organization, responsibility, professional reaction on your work being criticized, friendliness
